Corsair K95 Replacement?

Hi guys,

My Non-RGB, old version, K95 is in the process of being RMA'd (CH-9000020-UK). I think it is discontinued now.

Can anyone let me know what they got in return? Is it usually a downgrade e.g. a K70 RGB or something?

They approved the RMA, but about a year and a half. It's near the end of the warranty period for sure though.

They shouldn't downgrade it - it needs to be like-for-like or if not an 'improvement'. If they don't have any of your versions left, it'll probably be the RGB K95.

Make sure to send it tracked and signed for (RMSD may actually be just a few pence more, and worth it for the insurance cover). They lost track of my keyboard and needed the tracking number to show that it had actually arrived.

I am not 100% sure but iirc, Vengeance K95 replacement should be K95 RGB, I think the that's the most comparable KB that we have at the moment in terms of functionality. Well the RGB feature is definitely plus over the Vengeance non-RGB.

Did our customer service offer you a different model?

Thanks for tipping in! Unfortunately, didn't get a K95 RGB but they said it will be the standard old one.
