My K65 Rapidfire RGB has developed a fault with hte space bar where it keeps putting 2 spaces.
Going through the RMA process but it seems so far everyone is based in America...how is their UK customer service? I've never had to RMA anything with a manufacturer in my life so not sure what to expect. Considering going with their express service where they take $100 off you and send a new unit straight out, then refund you the money when they receive the old one back, again has anyone done this?
