Hi,

My K65 Rapidfire RGB has developed a fault with hte space bar where it keeps putting 2 spaces.

Going through the RMA process but it seems so far everyone is based in America...how is their UK customer service? I've never had to RMA anything with a manufacturer in my life so not sure what to expect. Considering going with their express service where they take $100 off you and send a new unit straight out, then refund you the money when they receive the old one back, again has anyone done this?

New keyboard shipped to me today, along with a message saying I have to post my old one to The Netherlands...that'll be cheap :rolleyes:
 
I may be wrong but I think Corsair RMA for the UK is based outta that Bolton place. They told me I'd need to send my PSU there when I queried a ticking noise it made.
 
Had it confirmed that I need to sent it to The Netherlands, so they took £77 off me and I need to ship it abroad to get that money back, which is going to cost me between £52-£88. **** poor customer service to say the least.
