Corsair link

Hi all. I recently brought a h100i and am trying to use corsair link. I plugged the fans into the water block and connected the usb like I am suppose to. However I have no control of the fans. I can see the temps so it must be working to an extent but it won't let me control the fans and they are so loud my pc sounds like its a wind tunnel. Any advice? Thanks.

iv got it, its crap software,id use the mother board headers and 3rd party software

and the fans normaly run flat out because the usb hasnt been picked up and installed.
