Corsair m60 mouse problems!

Hey we basically

i just bought a m60 mouse from overclockers and when i plug it in it glows but is not moving anything i tried to install the drivers and i get this message. (shown in pic) i have tried everything every single usb port 2.0 and 3.0 have tried running as administrator can anyone help?

yes really i really annoyed about this they already messed my order up and got it held back by a day missing my birthday and now the thing is having problems. how would you fell?

Full system specs would help.

Also, can you see the mouse under Device manager?

my previous posts will lest my system specs but not sure how that would help as it looks to be a "software" problem and i have check device manager mate tried everything i can think of

i installed everything when i got it about 2 weeks ago from the disk as i said all the ports work i have used other things in them before mate

same problem again cant find it i have looked on other forms and i have seen a lot of other people with the same problem can you think of anything?

im pretty sure its not broke tho the light are fine and stuff and why would so many other people be having the same problem

i have the m60 and never had a problem. plugged it in and installed the software and worked perfectly. would RMA it

i called today the soonest i can get it sent away is Monday i put it back in its original shipping packing slapped there address on the parcel and the rma number on both sides hope this is all free as i would hate to pay for somethings that's not my fault.
