Corsair M65 please help!

Have an annoying bug since last win 10 update. The forward and back buttons won't work. I have tried remapping them to different buttons and reinstalling drivers but still won't work. Any ideas?

My M65 runs great on wins 10 for me. May be either the CUE software issue or the mouse is having a turn?

Mine was working fine till win 10 updated. I have reinstalled drivers a cue software but still refuse to work. I think it's more software as what ever button I assign forward or back to it won't work.

Is your wins 10 a clean install? If not I would do that first.

Can you try it on another PC? Mouse could be faulty?

I can't as don't have another PC it was working perfectly till Windows updated so I'm sure it's not the mouse itself.

hey dude...cant help you out much but i bought one of these things just before christmas. Had nothing but trouble with it mostly down to the cue software. Tryed everything to get it works properly, gave up in the end . I returned it and got a Logitech g502...must say i really do like it .Shame about the m65 i really wanted it to work but never mind...just in case you thought about getting a new mouse ..

After many times reinstalling the software I have managed to get the buttons working.

I know what you mean with the software it is flakey at best but I got it for the RGB lighting so will need another one.
