Corsair memory price?

i have found this memory for £82 delivered -

CMP6GX3M3A1600C8 - Corsair Dominator memory - 6 GB : 3

is it likely to go any cheaper or will it start going back up in price again soon?

That's relatively cheap for Corsair Dominator 3 x 2gb set.

If you're after value for money the XMS3 6GB Tri-set @ £52 on a this week special is a great price.

It's quality memory and you wouldn't notice any difference in performance to taht of the Dominators, you listed, in every day use.

i already have a set of the dominator and want to expand to 12gb, i was always under the impression it was best practice to you identical memory, plus it looks far neater!

Agreed, it is.

I was offering an alternative - had you needed a set for a new system/build.

If you need the extra memory/will make use of the 12GB then the set you've seen at £82 delivered is a good price.
