Hey all,

Been thinking of getting this case as it looks very good quality.

Anyone got one here?..whats those fans like that are included are they quiet?

Also,Does Overclockers Price match if you have found the same item elsewhere cheaper?

I don't think OcUK will price match.

It's a good solid case though. Looks nice and supports a middle level of watercooling if needed. The fans aren't bad I don't think, but you might want to get some others anyway. They're not going to blow you away but they're not awful...

I personally love this case and the only fan i hear is my GPU fan sometimes.
I have replaced both 200mm fans with coolermaster megaflow 200mms though and i run a H60 on the cpu.

Loads of customisation in this case and looks a beaut!

I to have this case, the stock fans are loud (to me anyway). I have replaced both 200mm fans with coolermaster megaflow and BitFenix Spectre PRO. Note that the megaflow fan is to deep to have at the front with the Hdd rack, unless you move it back. I dont think you can have both Hdd mounts in the back position, might get in the way of you graphics card. All in all excellent case.

Just a question would the corsair h80 fit on the 120mm fan point at the back of case without blocking anything as i have a antec 1200 atm but i cant use one of my pcie lanes because of it.

HI Guys, Sorry to hijack the thread but wanted to ask IF there are any significant differences between the 550D and the 650D (apart from the obvious) if this makes sense. Im looking for a new case to replace a Cheiftech full tower and really like both of these.

Thanks

This pretty much sums up my feelings!

Looks smart, good quality and customisable. As mentioned, id get some Megaflows installed.

Got some Gentle Typhoons installed in my case but they seem to make a right racket. Especially the rear exhaust one! They're meant to be rather quiet.

It should do I think. Corsair cases are generally designed from the ground up to fit Corsair H series coolers. So you really shouldn't have a problem.

They're two completely different cases really.

The 650D is the better for watercooling, but I believe (can't quite remember) the 550D will still fit a H100 in the roof. The 650D on the other hand is much more adept at fitting a proper watercooling loop.

The 650D obviously has window, and looks different.

The 550D is a 'silent' case. It's designed to compete with cases such as the Fractal R3. It's a case that's all about silence really. The 650D is much more of a 'sleek' gamers case.

I have a 650d it is a great case with good airflow and cable management routes. I have the h100 and it fits perfectly

I have a 650D case too. Mid tower cases don't come much better imo. Fans are fine even at full speed, imo. A little fan noise never bothered me though. Very easy to work with as well. Easy to clean too thanks to removable dust filters. Good cable management system.

The stock 200mm fans are pretty loud, but to be honest which case comes with enthusiast fans?

Build quality is great, and for me it's one of the best looking cases, with good cable management, plenty of ventilation and room for customisation.

The front facia does fade, but with corsair's 2 year warranty they will have you covered with their excellent customer service.
