Corsair or Geil

Hi! I'm wondering whitch one is better GEIL PC2-6400 800MHz DDR2 Ultra or Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400? I have Gigabyte DS3 so do you if either one has problems with this MB?

Both are great brands, but I think the GeIL clocks slightly better. Best wait till someone can give you a firm answer

The geil has lower timings 4-4-4-12(corsair 5-5-5-15). Does that make any difference?I'm only concerned that the memory won't work without bios update and I don't have any other ram to update the bios with. So does the geil work with DS3?Thanks for replys!!

I just bought the Geil 2x512 kit. They look the nuts and are bloody fast! I did have a faulty stick which is currently being replaced but as far as I can tell that isn't a fault with the manufacturer, just bad luck!
