Whats better from an overlcocking and stability point of view:

Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2 Dominator PC2-6400C4 TwinX (2x1GB)

or

Team Xtreem 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 PC2-6400C4 800MHz Dual Channel Kit (TXDD2048M800HC4DC)

Corsair timings of 4-4-4-12
Team timings of 4-4-4-10

I can get hold of thr Corsair £45 cheaper than the Team....

Hi there

Team stuff is better, so depends if your trying to push your overclocks and you find the extra money worthwhile?

i got my team stuff in august and it rules !!!

running 4-4-4-8 @ 500fsb @ 2.3V, and thats the PC2-5300 (3-3-3-8) 2gig set.

I mate

"running 4-4-4-8 @ 500fsb @ 2.3V, and thats the PC2-5300 (3-3-3-8) 2gig set."

for sure ,cause they have same chip´s Corsair XMS2 PC 8500
Micron D9 stuff rules :)

Hehe, these microns D9's are the Dog's Danglies :D :D :D

But my set does get stupidly hot, so much so that i burned my finger on them. With a low speed 80mm fan attached directly overhead the heatspreaders are no more than lukewarm now !

In this particular case, the aforementioned Corsair is not made with Micron D9 ICs. They use Promos ICs which is likely why they are less expensive.
