Hi all.
In my system I have a Corsair RM1000X PSU which has round sleeved modular 6+2 pin PCIe cables for the GPUs.
I recently swapped the two GPU cables for two flat ribbon cables that came with my Corsair HX850i PSU as they were easier to cable manage. However, it may be just coincidence but I have had GPU issues over the last few days (see last nights post).
Are the cables of these two Corsair PSU's compatible? I can't find anything on their website. It's just starting to bother me know.
What I don't want to do is fully strip Evie to get the two PCIe cables of the PSU if they are compatible as that will be a real PITA.
So, will Corsair HX850i PCIe cables be OK on a RM1000X PSU?
