In the past I have chastised Corsair for how utterly crap their RMA procedure and handling was. It really was right up there with Asus in terms of being the worst in the industry imho.

Its been a few years and when my 1500axi tarted playing up I put it off purely because I was praying for it to go away so not to have to go through the hell of before.

Anyway eventually bit the bullet, and am happy to say they made it extremely painless.

Advance RMA booked, funds put on hold there and then, package shipped on Friday delivered today.

Just thought it would be fair to give them a positive mention given they seem to have turned the customer service around.

yeh corsair is fine at rma. they replaced basically a whole pc for me, and later when the psu started playing up they replaced that, actually with a better model

Sent my h100igtx in for rma with their uk based rma, they've had it and its been on processing since the 24th. Added a comment on my ticket asking how long it normally takes and i've not had a reply, that was 2 days ago.

I would say its been a good experience so far but the lack of update is kind of annoying, hopefully it doesn't take too long, would be nice to get it back early next week but i doubt that'll happen.

You might. I had the same when sent my hx750 in. The UK centre seems really slow to update stuff.

I had much the same, it just sat on one status for ages, then suddenly moved along. I actually received my replacement before the status even updated to dispatched (or what ever the one to say it's been sent out is).

Oh thats odd, seems abit odd that they're so slow to update the status. You'd think updating something so simple would be worth it to prevent causing confusion but obviously not.

Better make sure I'm awake early all next week then :D
