Well not very happy with Corsair at the moment. Got my RMA ticket and just went down the Post Office and they wanted £42 to send it back to them in Holland !!!! Have brought it back home to shop around for Couriers ... £42 !!! that's crazy !!!!

I've emailed them to see if they have a collection service here in the UK .. so far I've had no reply even though they said they had received my email. I would have thought that they would have at least had a service agent in the UK .. but at £42 I don't know if I can justify staying with the brand 
There was also an option to select a fast turnaround of RMA items where you can pay a fee and have a replacement sent out prior to them receiving your old item. But I could not select any other option other than "standard" .. not a good customer service site ..
myParcelDelivery.com. Yep Post Office only now good for small letters and parcels, plus they have restricted opening hours and parking. I use my hermes and drop a parcel off at a local shop that is open until 10.00pm
