Corsair QL120mm Replacements / upgrade

Hi, been running 7 Corsair QL120mm fans for the last 2 years. All but 1 have failed (rgb failure) and have been replaced under warranty luckily. The 2 year warranty period is now over and I've just noticed that another of the fans is starting to fail
Any recommendations for some reliable replacements please?

If you have the room for a thicker fan go with Phantek D30's for the RGB and performance. Quality is awesome, i use T30's on my radiator and D30's for component cooling.

Thanks, I'll look in to these and a bonus is a lot less wires to hide.
