corsair ram rma.

tried to contact corsair using the rma form to send back a stick of faulty value select ddr2 ram. however iam not getting a reply from them,despite filling out the form 4 times now.??
any one having similar problems.???

From experience you will get a generic response to a post in that forum but apparently you need it for the RMA...

I got mine turned round in 2 weeks from posting to the US, but even with all the papers they sent me their was no mention if it was returned as working or replaced, I forgot to take the details off the chips.

Personally I think they just sent mine back as they still play up.
