Corsair RAM won't hit XMP/DOCP

I recently completed a new build with the following specs:
  • Ryzen 9 3900X
  • Asus Strix X570-F Motherboard
  • Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (4x8GB, CMW32GX4M4Z3200C16, listed as 'Ryzen compatible')
  • RTX 3080

My issue is that I can't seem to get the RAM to run at it's XMP/DOCP speed of 3200MHz. The PC will reboot but not POST, with the DRAM error LED illuminated. I then have to do a CMOS reset to get going again, which is becoming a chore.

The RAM defaults to 2666MHz speed otherwise.

I have attached a screenshot from Thaiphoon Burner and I suspect that it is misreading the kit's IC based on the XMP timings. It looks more like Samsung C-Die than B-Die.

BIOS is the latest stable release for this motherboard, SoC voltage is 1.1V, DRAM voltage is 1.36V.

Any suggestions on how I can get this kit working at it's rated XMP speeds? I did try to get timings from DRAM Calculator for Ryzen, but it doesn't support Samsung C Die.

Cheers!

Sorry I totally missed the responses to this thread - thanks all for your input!

My solution was that the memory was mislabelled as B-Die by Thaiphoon Burner, so I recalculated the timings as Samsung OEM die in Ryzen memory calculator and managed to get the 3200Mhz and timings working by manually inputting them into the BIOS. This die does mean that there is limited overclocking potential, but the advertised speeds and timings are achievable. DOCP still will not work at all. Bit naughty of Corsair branding this RAM as 'tuned for Ryzen,' but there we go.
