Corsair rep, i have a problem with one of your cases!

hey there,

today i received my Corsair 450D case from OcUK, the case it self is fine any my system is running in it BUT i have no window side panel, not only was it scratched on arrival, the window its self was broken, i rang OcUK about this and they said ring back Monday to discuss it further.

so as the case it self is fine and working as it should, is it possible to have a new 450D window panel to replace this damaged one?

i would blame the courier, its more or likely their problem.. the amount of times I have had stuff delievered and had a go at the driver for slinging my packages around...

ring OcUK and ask again

Ah the scratched side panel fun.

Good luck mate, I'm so far on panel 11 from Corsair for my 540. Every one has been scratched and or bulbous.

They customer service is great, but QC is lacking.
