Corsair RMA - How Long?

Hey

To anyone who has RMAed some RAM to Corsair, how long did it take. They acknowledged reciept of the parts on the 15th January, but Ive heard nothing since and had no reply from a couple of emails...

My RMA was issued on 20th Dec. 2007
I sent to USA and they received on 27th Dec.
They sent the replacement RAM on the 29th Dec.
I received them on 4th Jan.

Sent my 3rd email the other day. Finally got an email today (28th) saying they have shipped a replacement. Seems a bit poor to have to wait 13 days for anything, but its replaced, so im happy.

Its because of this i have decided that i shall return my faulty (£200 at the time) corsair dominator ram and purchase another brand.
2 to 3 weeks is far too long to be awaiting a replacement. I think Crucial having stonking ram and only a 30 minute drive is where my money is going, either that or OCZ.
