corsair rma time??

Hey guys, RMA'd a PSU, they've apparently dispatched an r4eplacement but not given me a tracking number, spent 3 days in no parcel, I've contacted em but they're slow as snails. any idea how long it takes? and which courier they use?

Thanks mate, best ever experience I had with Corsair, will be buying everything Corsair from now on, I just wished they made graphics cards and motherboards . 10/10 service
