been offered either TWINX1024-3200C2 or TWINX1024-3200C2PRO.

which would be the better to get??plus do any of them come near to my Twinx1024-3200XLPT`s?????

I think the only difference between the two they offered you is that the Pro version has the snazzy black heatsink with the leds in it. Bothe have timings of 2-3-3-6 on Intel platforms and 2.5-3-3-6 on AMD platforms. Definately go for the Pro's as they look nicer and are worth more.

I can't comment on how close they come to your XLPT's but if i remember rightly the XLPT's have tighter timings.

How fast was the RMA at Corsair? I'm thinking about sending my memory back but I want to know how long the process has taken so far for you? Cheers. :)

Go for the Pro ones. I think the XLPT's were TCCD rated at 2-2-2-5 so they wont really come close for clockability but are still a very good kit.

Hasnt been to bad sent initial request on the 5th november they then asked me to test the sticks at there requested timings and voltage after that got RMA # on the 10th, they recieved them on the 17th.

only reason i can think of that its taken this long is my parts are obsolete?!?!?

but i had spare sticks lying round so not much of a problem

whoa, freaky. I have just been spending the last week on the corsair forums arranging a RMA and then see that guy above. Thought I was on the wrong forums, but the colours are different, and other stuff....

Really odd, ahh well. Good to know there is an official Corsair chap around here.
