How much packaging do I have to wrap this CX400W in?

There's loads on the inside but not a lot on the outside, my plan was to just throw it in a courier jiffy bag but I'm worried they'll reject it.

How much are you paying for the shipping cost?
Are you sending it back to the retailer or Corsair Netherlands cause it might be economical for you to just buy a new psu
as shipping a low end corsair product back to Netherlands is not cheap, might be better to buy a new one and sell that
somewhere as spares and get a few quid for it to top it up for a new psu.
What's wrong withe the psu anyway?

£14.55 via DHL Road 2 days, cheapest I could find. I have a new Basiq 430W so would like to get £15 or so back on the CX400.

It doesn't boot randomly and kills graphics cards (4 it's done now and Corsair aren't even covering shipping back, pathetic tbh)
