Just had the unfortunate experience of a h80i v2 fail and taking my i7 4770k with it. Was wondering what the RMA process is like. Also if there is a rep here who can help me with it

It can be pretty good, but sometimes it's dire... I believe due to them not having a UK-based RMA centre, or something.
Greybeard and Corsair Nick on here have both been rather good at helping out.

Thats unfortunate to hear the pump failed on you. Our standard RMA process entails submitting a support ticket and proof of purchase on our support portal https://support.corsair.com/. We do have a UK based RMA facility, however if there are stock shortages for a viable replacement, or you request an advanced RMA, then the unit will need to shipped to a different facility in Europe.
