Corsair RMAing Help/Problem?

Hello everyone,

I've raised 2 RMA tickets for my faulty power supply on the 'corsair.secure.force.com' site, however this was over a month ago.

After about the second week of not hearing anything back, I emailed corsair with the email given on the webpage. This was about 3 weeks ago now and I've still not heard anything back from either of them. Is this me doing something wrong or am I raising an RMA in the wrong place?

I also posted on another thread and someone said this is normal? You can't possibly be waiting over 5 weeks for a ticket to be raised?

Can anyone that has RMA'ed something with corsair help me out? I have the feeling that I'm raising this ticket in the wrong place.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

My RMA experience with Corsair was a little flakey too. I'd definitely recommend making a post on their forum since ramguy seems very good.
 
Definitely make a post on the forum and RAMguy will personally sort your RMA out. They sometimes have problems with receiving RMAs
