Anyone know if its possible to pick up the coloured trims for the sp fans from anywhere?

With the AF120 fans (non pwm) does this mean the fans will always run at full speed

Not if you have voltage control on your fan headers or a fan controller

TBH Im not sure as Ive swapped the EVGA one off of my TX AIO for an SP120. It seems to be working as the old one did where it ramps up as it heats up. I used the little black 3 pin male to female bit that came with the fan as well, whatever that may be?

It made an irritating clicking sound until I fitted that part also
