Corsair Timings

As you can see from the pic, the timings @ 400mhz (800) are 5-5-5-18. When I OC (10mhz in BIOS) the timings change to 5-6-6-19. Can I change the timings back to the 5-5-5-18 and be ok? or will it "computer says no".
 
I did as you said, but lost just over 400mb/s bandwidth on benchmark.

Edit- This memory doesn't seem all that clever for overclocking, I cant seem to get any extra performance from it at all, no matter what I try.

The memory i have is (according to cpu-z) CM2X2048-64005DHX (2x2GB)

System Spec -

Intel E6600@ 3ghz 1333fsb with a freezer pro 7 on
BFG 680i SLI motherboard with updated bios to p28
BFG 8800 GTX OC2
Enermax Infiniti 720w psu
X-fi xtreme gamer.
Raptor 36gb boot drive and a Western Digital something 500gb storage drive.
Pioneer DVR-112D dvd-rw

You must have changed the divider or something? or put in a higher number by mistake?
