Unfortunatly this week my Bequiet 750w Dark Power Pro died on me just outside of its warranty period which sucks but there's nothing I can do about it. I had to purchase a replacement PSU in the meantime so I picked up the Corsair TX650 at the recommendations of the OCUK Staff.

So far its actually been a pretty good PSU, its more than capable than powering my system and while i am not a fan of captive cabling, its not been too bad. That being said I will be selling this PSU on in exactly a months time.

Its not because the PSU is bad in anyway, infact its absolutely perfect for my needs in all area's but one. That area of course is noise level, now admittly it is not OCUK or Corsair's fault but my own for puchasing this PSU with certain expectations of how a PSU should sound. The noise is by no means too bad and I am sure for a lot of people (99% infact) you probably would not here the PSU over the rest of your components.

I think its my own fault for being spoiled with the noise levels of my previous PSU quite honestly and as such I will probably be going back to Bequiet again this time around. The model i'll be getting can be found below:

So yeah if anyone is interested in about a months time, I will be selling the Corsair TX650 for about 40 inc delivery via the Members Market here on OCUK. Hopefully someone else will be happy with this great quality PSU but alas its back to Bequiet for me.
