Corsair Value Memory yes or no ?

Hi there is Corsair Value Memory any good ? i hear people saying to pay loads of $$££ for memory ,is this really worth it ? i,m not a heavy gamer ,just like to have a good stable running p.c so thought i,d see what the views are out in p.c world .

I used to have 2x 256mb sticks of DDR400, it ran stable at 500mhz on my neo 2

hey i recently purchased the corsair value RAM. I got x2 1 gb sticks and it runs smooth, its not the fastest memory in the owrld but hey u get what u pay for. NOTE: the timings on the RAM are pretty rubbish so i changed them.

Personally I would pay a little bit extra and get some non-value sticks.

If you are after cheap memory, get the ocuk stuff. Why pay for the Corsair name if it is value memory that you are after?

Hi there

Its just a basic value RAM. The OcUK stuff is actually better for similar money if not cheaper and can run at 800MHz and beyond.

Then for not much more there is GeIL and OCZ, which completely destroys Corsair Value memory without breaking a sweat.
