Corsair Value Select or XMS ?

I can get either get

CORSAIR 2GB DDR 400MHZ 2 x1GB PC3200 2048MB DDR
Cas2.5

or

CORSAIR XMS 2GB DDR 400MHZ PC3200 2048MB (1GB x 2)
Cas 3.0

for the same price.

which one should I go for ? i always only looked at the Cas value not knowing that the other values make a difference aswell.

I was about to say "The XMS of course!" till I spotted those CAS values.

Now I'm not sure which one I'd take myself!

value select timings: 2.5-3-3-8 2T


xms timings: 3-4-4-8 1T


As far as I know there are issues with my motherboard anyway to get 1T working so I'll go for the value select .
