Congratulations!

Spec is in Sig!

The RAM I'm running is not running at 1600, but 1333. The voltage it set to 1.5v and I've attempted to manually set the timings, but it's not accepting it. On reboot, I get an overclock error, and it reboots requesting me to set defaults in the BIOS.

I know it probably wont make any difference, but the fact it's not running the correct speed, is annoying me.

What could I do to get it running at 1600?

Thanks in advance,

I don't recall any of the vengeance blue being tested at any more than 1.5V. The only definitive answer would be from Corsair themselves.

Funny you should mention that. I've tried to increase the voltage, then multiplyer, but the following happens when I save the BIOS settings and reboot:

Is my mobo struggling here, or have it missed some settings?

Under Set memory Clock change the multi from Auto to give the 1600mhz you require. Under DDR3 timing Items change this from auto and set the timings accordingly. 1.65v will not damage the RAM no. Set the command Rate to 2T at the same time.

When your trying to set up your RAM remove the CPU overclock so you know its not causing and errors.

Try this.
Change 'Set Memory Clock' to manual, then change the '1T/2T Command Timing' to 2T.
Reboot back into bios then try 'Memory Clock' x8
If it doesn't run then put these settings back.

Should this be done on 1.5 or 1.65v?
