Would this work? I already have a nvidea 3090ti so I'll use that for a bit then get a 4090
This is intended for AMD systems (EXPO), ideally you want XMP 3.0.
Where is this for? The rear?
This is a higher wattage than Corsair's spec, are the PSU's physical dimensions the same? This is the page I used:
I assume you're aware that these choices are overkill for the majority of users? If it was me, I'd take the opportunity (since this is a custom build) to downgrade them, but I don't know what you use the PC for.
I hope you have already received your pc parts and you were able to test it. I also would like to build my own like yours. can you please fully write down what i need to order for building it myself ? you have shared :Ordered just waiting on delivery. Excited. Lol.
The OP hasn't been back since they posted, so you might not get a reply.can you please fully write down what i need to order for building it myself ?

My unit came with a PNY GeForce 4090. The unit that Just!N Tech reviewed shipped with a Zotac GeForce 4090. This recent YouTube Unboxing Vid of this same machine by KaoMinerva shipped with a Palit "GameRock" GeForce 4090

Luckily, the unit did ship with the ASUS Prime MB that Just!n Tech had in their build. I liked this board for the Intel i9-13900KS that's in this machine and they didn't switch that out.
The case includes 3x 120mm fans for the front (pre-installed) and the OP added the additional fan for the rear. You don't need one, but it is sensible with a high-end PC like this.should I include Corsair iCUE QL120 Addressable RGB PWM Fan -120mm (SKU: FG-07C-CS) = £39.95 ?
You're aware that the Apex is an extreme overclocking motherboard, right? (hence only 2 ram slots)I think all is fine but need your advice if the power Supply fits with this or not. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. You are right that it is extreme overclocked and maximum 2 slot of ram. I think it is better to go for Asus ROG Maximus Z790 Dark Hero :You're aware that the Apex is an extreme overclocking motherboard, right? (hence only 2 ram slots)
The Shift PSU is listed as compatible with the 5000T on Corsair's website, here.
Edit: I just noticed you have changed the cooler, this is not listed on Corsair's website for the 5000T:
Compatible Liquid Coolers H55, H60, H75, H80i, H90, H100i, H105, H110i, H115i, H150i
If you don't need the features of these boards (e.g. Thunderbolt 4 on the rear I/O, front USB fast charge/PD, integrated DAC, Wifi7, onboard power/reset/retry buttons, DP over Type-C, retention of a CPU PCI-E 4.0 M.2 slot, even when using PCI-E 5.0), then I consider them waaay overpriced. The Z790 Tomahawk would do for the majority of users;I think it is better to go for Asus ROG Maximus Z790 Dark Hero :
It is likely that they would both be fine, but if you're getting a 14900K and a 4090, I think having more safety headroom with a 1200 just makes sense, especially as the cost is a small % increase relative to your total build cost.I am just trying to understand what would be the difference between 1200 watt and 1000 watt? cant decide.
The max listed on their website here is 360mm.it means it would not be suitable for 5000T?
The Tomahawk has flashback, so if the BIOS is too old, you can update it without a supported CPU.Z790 Tomahawk is a good choice but as far as I check it does not support 14th gen processor though.
Yes. H150i is compatible, but H170i (420mm) is not.Thank you for the link and reference. then does it mean that I also would need to go for :
Corsair Hydro Series iCUE Link LCD H150i
instead of :
Corsair Hydro Series iCUE Link H170i
