Corsair Vengeance LP RAM questions

I am considering this RAM:

Corsair Vengeance Blue Low Profile 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (CML8GX3M2A1600C9B) [CML8GX3M2A1600C9B]

I see that it is also available in black and white.

My questions are:

1. The voltages on the blue and black versions appear to be exactly the same (1.5v), however the white has a lower voltage 1.35v. Why is this?

2. Will this RAM fit under a Phanteks PH-TC14PE CPU Cooler? I will be building on a Asus P8Z77-V PRO board with a 3570K.

3. Is this a good choice for a 3570K OC build?

If the difference between the blue and black is just the colour, I think I will go with blue as it matches the board a little better (my case is the white Corsair 600T with the glass window, so want it to look nice ;)).

Cheers guys.

I'm going to be getting the PH-TC14PE cooler in Blue, I also have the P8Z77-V Pro and it sits pretty fine in the board and runs perfectly well with my 3570K. I think the only thing different we have is the case (NZXT Phantom 410 Gun Metal :)).

I believe the RAM will fit under the cooler. :)

I have the black LP ones and they seem to run fine in my 3570k system, but I've not started overclocking yet.

They do fit underneath the Corsair A50 cooler (just). I dunno how that compares to yours.

The low profile versions are designed to fit under large cpu heatsinks so I would imagine they'd fit under that Phanteks cooler. I use a Noctua NH-C14 with both fans installed with this RAM and everything fits perfectly. If they'll fit under an NH-C14 I'd imagine they'd fit under anything.
