Morning all,

I hope someone on here can help... I've tried everything I know and cannot isolate the issue.

I've bought the following memory from Overclockers about a month ago.
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO Black 32GB (2x16GB) 3600MHz (CMW32GX4M2Z3600C18)

I also bought this motherboard
Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming II (Socket AM4) DDR4 ATX Motherboard

I've...
  • Re-installed Windows (Win 10)
  • Installed all the drivers
  • Installed the graphics drivers
  • Did a Windows Update
Quite frequently I get the a Memory Management BSDO.

I've tried enabling the XMP profile, increased crashes.
I've set the profile to Auto - seems better but still crashes
I've set the following timings (1 down from the top) same frequency as Auto.
1333Mhz
24,18,18,18,43, 61 @ 1.20V

Does anyone know what my issue could be?

Thanks in Advance.

First thing you need to do is update the bios on the motherboard this can solve a lot of issiues.

If that doesn't help than download memtest and see if you get any errors.

Installed in correct slots on the motherboard?
Tried with just a single stick of ram?

If its all on auto it should boot with loose timings and low speeds at least, if its not faulty.....

Thanks both... so quick update... I removed one of the SIMMS.... did another full re-install of Win 10. Loaded all drivers again, Win Updates etc. Seemed to go smoother this time.

So far so good. I have not performed MEMTEST yet and I don't a USB I can use for booting.

So, it's running with 1 DIMM at the moment on AUTO. My plan is run to run it like this for a bit to see if it happens again.

Maybe having 2 during the install was the issue. I am hoping I can add the other back in at one point.

Appreciate your help.
