i was nearly tempted 2 days ago to buy a 350w vs series from local store i got my geforce 210, but despite having the money i couldnt just spend on myself, but im in the process of selling couple computers so i might be able to soon however im debating what to buy..

what it would go in is my acer veriton m221 and what im currently running is as followed:

acer board
athlon 5000b dual core
2gb ddr2 800mhz
geforce 210 1gb
sata dvd rw drive
250gb sata running linux mint and xbmc
200gb sata from my dell days so has my data on it
250w standard psu

the plan was to have 4 hard drives(160gb and 250gb) connected in a non raid setup, but the extra 2 are my missus and would like them back in her own computer(when i buy her another one) and with that in mind i was thinking of another hdd something like 80-200gb and load 32 bit 7 pro on it and use my linux one solely for xbmc given it gives you the option to constantly set xbmc as the load up session, but i need to find out whether i could access that as a secondary to windows so i dont have to keep changing boot sequence just for my movies..

ive not been too bothered about gaming much lately on pc and what i do still actually play or will want to play can run reasonably on my latitude d600, though maybe if i go to windows on tower i will test the 210 out, but for linux i might try out this emulations or whatever once i figure out how...

and so i wont be looking for a psu thats too fancy, rather just covers what i need and the corsair vs 350 has 25a on 12v making 300w, thats about 11a more than this standard 250w and i reckon that should be enough, but for a few quid more i could get the cx 430, but even though it was good for the month i owned one i like to try and have different rather than go back to same old stuff and from what i read the cx is bottom range..

ofcourse suggestions are always welcome, but £40 is a push and rather not spend it if i dont need too
