Corsair VS400 DDR 1GB Kit

Hello I have a question.
My Corsair Dimm 1GB kit (2 * 512MB) 400MHZ is not recognized properly in my bios.
It is shown as DDR333 / 166MHz instead of DDR400

With CPU-Z is it shown that it is VS400 DDR and the frequency it is shown 200.

Is this correct??
or should I update my bios, my mobo is 939NF49-VSTA (asrock)

Any help is welcome.

Ok thanks, I will first update my bios.
I am at work at the moment, but what I can remember the ram was set on AUTO. I will do some changes and report back.
