Corsair XMS2-6400 - Sisoft Sandra problem

I've just rebuilt my system and have 2 x 1Gb sicks of XMS2-6400 installed in dual channel mode, but Sandra is only benchmarking half of this and is detecting it as 2 x 512Mb sticks giving me very poor bandwith scores. CPUZ and motherboard BIOS (Maximus Formula) both detect the full 2Gb. Sandra is latest version (2008.5.14.24) - anyone else had this problem?

It's an Asus Maximus Formula with 1201 (latest) BIOS installed - I'm getting memory bandwith scores of around 6900Mb/sec, does this sound about right (Ram @ 400FSB 1:1 5-5-5-18 timings)?
