atm, im using 2 gig of this ram, will be putting in 4 gig this weekend.

now, this 2 gig is running at stock everything, ive put the volts to 2.1v purely to be safe with the 680i board, but they are really hot, and when i say realy hot, i mean really hot, almost untouchable.

now, i do have a dominator mem cooler which i have a few back from when i had my 4 gigs of dominator before i got it RMA'd, what do you guys think? install it?

I don't think that particular memory should run so hot. Do you have access to a volt meter so that you could manually verify the voltages? Also, if you want to try to decrease the heat, see if the memory will be stable with less than 2.1v. 2.0v or less seems like a small drop but may make a big difference.
