This suggests it uses only Samsung UCCC chips like that in the G.Skill HZ but is just binned for higher frequencies when a lot will reach that speed anyway. Any 2GB kits which run 3-4-4-8 or 3-4-3-8 @ 250mhz are the same chips as these I believe, especially when going by timings. I still advocate the use of a divider and tight timings.
