On the Corsair website there's a download for the H80i that I have, however since I upgraded to Windows 8.1 There's a problem when I install it, The Pump Fan and CPU Fans 1 & 2 do not show in the Main Console they seem to be missing? or it's not fully compatible with Windows 8.1 yet? Can anyone Clarify?

I have the h100i , wasn't working for me in windows 8.1 either.
well it does "work" but it doesn't show up in the corsair link software.
as far as I know corsair are fixing in there next update. but there is a registry fix that gets functionality back but probably isn't a proper 100% solution.
see this link for info. post #5 has a link to the temporary fix.

I had an issue with this, I moved the usb connector to a different one on the board and it's now working.

We are sorting things out at the moment and making some major tweaks with the current version. One of them is, the way USB device is being enumerated, so it may take some time for the current version of Corsair Link to be fully compatible with Win 8.1. We are speeding up the internal testing, we just want to make sure that it is ready for public use before making an official announcement. BETA version will be available soon though.
