I suspect I'm the only OcUK cruncher on this one, but if there is anyone else interested, don't bother.

They didn't renew their web domain so the project has crashed and without a web you can't even contact the project to tell them.

School boy error that doesn't inspire confidence.

I started on it late last week and had problems running it, it takes a whole load of RAM which Boinc can't manage.

Its domain is pending renewal or deletion so assume they are waiting for someone to come in and pay the renewal fee. They've had it for 7 years so you'd think they know it was coming up :eek:

Looks like they have had a whip round and got the money for the domain renewal, it's back up and running

I would like to do this but I am being really really thick atm and just can not get it to work ... I want to put my 8 cores and 2 7970's to good use :-)

Cosmology only runs on CPUs so your 7970s won't be used.
You have plenty of memory so that won't be a problem, I've seen each core can need 0.8Gb.

What errors do you get ?

Hi PDW sorry i meant to post this in the Folding section as i am trying to sethis up and have no idea what to config to get the jobs loading :-)
