Cosmos S power switch problem

I powered down my pc last night, when I came back into the room it had not powered down, it was turning on & off quite quickly I pulled out the socket from the wall, and tried to power it back up, now it turns its self off just before it should boot up.

Any idea’s please.

Coolermaster 850 modular only had it 2-3 weeks.

I have just hooked up an on/off & reset switch from old pc the system is working fine now looks like the touch sensitive switch is faulty.
I will have to RMA the case.
