Seeing that the video has the registration of the car in, and kindly shows the date and location at the start. I think ill forward the URL to the police.

the whole culture of it is so sad. silly daft bint. if she got knocked over she or her family would be the first to run to the papers complaining about run away joyriders.

is she likely to be even remotely interested in cars? i worry about the 14 year old 'birdz' that you see hanging around these tools lol
