Cost of ownership in a year: RTX 4070 vs 7900 XT

I just recently bought an RTX 4070 FE. Yay. Then I saw OCUK have a deal for a Sapphire 7900 XT for just £699.

Considering the 4070 only has 12GB of VRAM, the 7900 XT is really enticing.

What I'm wondering though, is how much the cost of ownership of the two would be, say, in a year. This is a factor I hear because UK energy prices are "world-leading" LOL.

Anyone have any knowledge on what it might cost, considering current scenarios? The answer would weigh heavily on whether or not I keep the 4070. Thanks.
