cost saving when building rid compared to pre built?

Hi Guys,

I am in the market to get a new PC in the next few weeks. I have build a PC in the past so I am not opposed to doing it my self but I am not sure I can be bothered.

What are the approximate costs savings of building your self vs prebuilt?

See a pc you like then cost all the parts and see what the difrence is, but you wont get the warranty and hassle free of a pre built system.

Just get a spec off the forum for the amount you want to spend, then ask Ocuk to build it for you. Don’t think they charge much for the build?
