I think it's a load of over-exaggerated ********, tbh.

Free sex, underage pregnancy and drug/alcohol abuse is rife amongst the UK's under 16s. Doesn't sound like a "cotton wool" generation to me.

You paid for yours?



Let them play when they are younger i say. Just keep an eye on them and if they get out of hand a quick slap or telling of will puty them back in line.

Aye naughty men and women have only really come about in the last 15 years or so. Things really were so much better.

Do you really think this is the case? Or was it simply that it was far less documented?

Although I agree things have indeed become worse, I'm not sure that a generation of 'sickos' etc has just come about in the last decade or two.


What concerns me as a young adult is the development level and amount of 'gang' type trouble and the severity in which they act. Gangs have always been around sure, but now it would seem an 80's style brawl is now a blood mist of stabbings and bullets.

This kind of gang-culture is of far greater concern to me than that of child abduction/paedophiles etc.
