My other half and I enjoyed playing Horizon Chase turbo with hand held controllers whilst sat on the sofa. For those unfamiliar with Horizon Chase Turbo it is a 1/2 player car racing game. It's a fun game. Far from being a sim (Very far from being a sim, in fact). It's just plain fun and easy to control the cars. When a player crashes a car the car immediately rights itself and the fun continues.
Well, we played it to death. So now I'm thinking maybe we'd like to play something else. Maybe another racing game or even a flying game?
It'd have to be easy. Very easy. The emphasis being on fun.
We tried HotShot racing but it never really gelled with us.

Thiers a sonic racing game that's is meant to good, not sure if it has split screen but I think it does.

Grip combat racing has split screen

By gum, that was quick ak22.
Ah yes, good shout. I forgot to mention the split screen was a sort of must have.
I'll have a look at the Sonic stuff and see if it is split screen.
My Mrs often doesn't put the effort in to a new game in order to get the rewards. She either likes it within a few minutes or she just doesn't give it a chance. She's a tough girl to please.

Just good timing, I think grip will be hard game I think. It's a shame you don't have a Nintendo switch, mario kart would be perfect.
It's great fun and has feature where it corrects your kart if you going into the barrier.

A Switch? Now there's a thought. I've been concentrating my search for the holy grail on PC games. Perhaps I should broaden my horozons and consider a console of some sort.
Grip, yeah. I tried that myself. I'm certain it would require too much effort for her to get in to. Instant gratification is really what I need to find for her to get interested. (Well, bless her, she is in her late fifties, I'm in my early sixties. It ain't easy finding stuff to entertain her.)
Thanks again.
