How would a BIOS flash fix AA? Please stop trolling the ATI threads
All the BIOS does is control basic I/O functions of the card, it has nothing to do with how GPU commands are processed at all.
I am not trolling, was asking a question, thats not trolling.
if you really think a bios can help AA then it's time to give another hobby a go, something easier on the brain wouldn't hurt.
maybe try learning the 12 times table
if not - stop trolling and get a life, you're both boring beyond comprehension.
btw - i think my 3870's in xfire smacks you're GT all over the park for an extra £90 and i don't need no stinking nforce chipset...what do you think of them apples

I think that an extra GT will smack my GT all over the park, and do I want SLi or Crossfire? No.

Still suck with AA, xfire or not, driver support is a bit pish as well. always been with ATI up to the 2900XT, since i got my GT, lets just say the grass is very much greener on the other side.

The reason is was there a need for your pointless comments that did not contribute to the thread when you know full well a bios flash cannot change architecture??
Anyway back on topic jrodga, have you had any luck because it sounds like even though the barrier to the clocks has been removed the cards arent stable at those speeds.

if you want to seem serious with a smilie with a hat on, use a swear word 
volt modded bios's have finally appeared in the last few days for the 2900xt series as someone found the lines in the hex editor that relates to 2d/3d speeds and voltages. some people are messing with it, i would assume the bios will be very similar and hopefully will only take a couple days for someone to crack which bits need changing. its likely that there just isn't enough juice to go much beyond the clock limit they put in, some boards have a bit more leway than others would seem to indicate that, hopefully.
