Hi
I have a Supermicro X9Dai M/B (http://www.supermicro.co.uk/products/motherboard/xeon/c600/x9dai.cfm). According to the site it supports RDIMM and UDIMM DDR3 memory.
I have got some memory in mind, but cannot get a reply back from the ebay shop about it, to confirm that it's compatible.
The memory is here: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190850864198
I'm fairly sure, but I've only ever played with basic consumer systems and nothing in the server based realm. I am pretty sure that this memory will fit the bill, looking at the various numbers/spec, but before I go and get 128GB of this stuff I want to be sure.
Can one of you more learned fellows or fellowesses for that matter just confirm if you think it should or not please. I won't hold you to it of course.
Thanks, Mike...
