Please write down full specs, cant really say whats there.

First of all, I would disconnect everything and start from the beginning.

Take a simple ruler and check distance between board and components, it helps a bit in cases like yours, when you don't have much options in cable management.

If you have some black isolation tape (the electrical type) that would help a lot with cable management.

Until you give all specs it's hard to say anything for sure.
There are many reasons why the PC doesn't even power up.

Is the front panel hooked up correctly? Check your video cable is plugged into the gpu, not the board. Take gpu out and run from onboard video. Test everything seated correctly. A few cable tie wouldn't go amiss too bud ;)

Could you explain what you mean when you say nothing happens? Is it just that you don't get a picture on the TV? Does your PC appear to boot - fans spinning, lights flashing etc?

First, try another TV or monitor if you can. Some more basic steps: try connecting the TV to the motherboard instead of the GPU (or vice versa); make sure the TV is on the correct channel.

And don't let Ethermaster see that picture. He will cry.

Disconnect everything internal but mobo and CPU Fan (keep in RAM, power mobo with 24pin and 4/8pin), connect up the monitor to the on board graphics, does it boot?
