Could anyone please recommend a good site to buy wallets from?

Hehe funny that, i was about to ask the same question but im sat here wondering if i really need one anymore. I carry all my cards in my back pocket and my cash in my front pocket and for the past 4 weeks i havent had anything go missing.
But saying that i should get one, ive been through 2 of them now and they were terrible. One was a hugo boss, which the coin compartment tore after a few days...£30 that cost me from ebay. Then decided to buy an armani one that looked quite nice, another £40 but when it arrived..i wasnt impressed with it at all plus no place to put your coins :/...

Best wallet ive ever owned was an island one, black leather and lasted me almost 12 yrs till it finally gave up. Got it from Allders but they no longer do them....should have a google though...

/me runs off to google:p.

TK MAxx, honestly, I got my Tommy Hilfiger from there like 4 years ago and it's still going strong. Real leather at 1/3 of the price. Was like £60 rrp.

I second that, they do have some nice stuff like that now and then.

I work in tk maxx and yeah we do have really nice wallets at really low prices.

I have a nice brown leather billabong wallet i got from another shop for £18 (before this i would have never considered spending more than £5 on a wallet) and I love it.

buying online isn't a good idea for things like this. Its like clothes, you need to try them out first.

sorry for double post, meant to edit but clicked quote on my first :(

Last wallet I bought was a £10 one from Next 7 years ago! :o Still using it today :D

Although the zips on its way out so it looks like I'll need a replacement. Sod spending £30-40 on a designer wallet just to keep hold of you're cash!

An Animal 3 leaf leather wallet is what I use, also known as the "Full Fat" I believe and I've had this one about 3 years so far, the best thing is I reckon they actually look better with age. The one before that lasted about 5-6 years and would still be going apart from the fact the metal poppers had become a bit loose.

damn got a battered black leather wallet i've had over 12 years now

and plan on getting at least another 3/4 out of her before she gives up the ghost,

although have a nigh on identical replacement brand new still wrapped sitting in my sock drawer for that eventuality :)

15 years out of one cheap wallet?

spot the fifer :)

Have a look online for a Ducti wallet. Got one and think it's the dogs dangly bits!

+1

I've Had one for about 4 or 5 months now, still looks as good as new :D Pretty cool too.

I made a ducti wallet. It lasted me a while and made a good wallet for travelling with (muggers wont eye it up!), its still fine and ive passed it onto a friend who makes good use out of it.

30 mins of work and about 2m of duck tape. easy peasy.

Currently have a Brown Ripcurl leather wallet with a stainless steel logo in it which set me back 30 or 40 quid about 2 years ago. I personally like the Ripcurl, Quicksilver, Animal etc leather wallets, I find them to be quite smart yet quite casual too.

Holy thread-revival batman!
