So my AMD FX-6300 idles 35C and can reach 65C on load according to SpeedFan. I'm currently using the stock cooler but I'd rather be safe than sorry, plus it can allow me to overclock in the future, so I think I should get an after market heatsink.
My current mobo is Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 AMD 760G (Socket AM3+) MicroATX Motherboard and Zalman T1 Mini Tower Case (which I am thinking about changing to a better case).
Anyway, back to the point. What heatsink & thermal compound would be decent, at least better than a stock cooler? I don't want to buy a beast one or water cooling (i'd get paranoid lol) for my current scenario.
Thanks.
