Could anyone suggest a new CPU heatsink?

So my AMD FX-6300 idles 35C and can reach 65C on load according to SpeedFan. I'm currently using the stock cooler but I'd rather be safe than sorry, plus it can allow me to overclock in the future, so I think I should get an after market heatsink.

My current mobo is Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 AMD 760G (Socket AM3+) MicroATX Motherboard and Zalman T1 Mini Tower Case (which I am thinking about changing to a better case).

Anyway, back to the point. What heatsink & thermal compound would be decent, at least better than a stock cooler? I don't want to buy a beast one or water cooling (i'd get paranoid lol) for my current scenario.

Thanks.

The included bundle consists of all the required mounting accessories, a small tube of thermal paste and a brief installation guide. The fan is supplied pre-attached to the cooler and it doesn’t need to be removed for installation.

seems like that cooler can only be mounted facing north/south or vice versa. don't know if that matters but might be something to consider.
