Could Be No PC Gaming For A While :(

I've done 3 months on a dongle. It was bloody expensive, and not watching videos or downloading any sizeable files was so frustrating. Signal was a bit dodgy at times, but nothing terrible.

Couldn't have you just rented a house on a 6 month contract rather than getting an overpriced caravan? :p

3g, HSDPA or HSPA+ connections are absolutely fine for gaming in my experience, I've played CoD4 on it in the past with a ping of +-70ms, back when I was on 3g UMTS because of ISP change and no net for a week...

Of course the coverage has to be okay, if it is though, your only worry is your data limit.

Assuming we're talking 2,000,000,000 bytes here that's ~65MiB per day. What happens if you exceed it?

Hey guys so the big move is tommorow into our homely caravan and in it my iPhone 4s has 3g signal 95% of the time although only 2 bars which loads everything just as fast as the full 5 bar signal and the other 5% it drops into full gprs signal (bleh). My contract allows 2gb a month which is not a lot, but it will allow me to use online drm to activate Max Payne 3 right? Right?
